We know that everyone is different and that is why we have a range of antenatal programmes to suit you. From short drop in programmes to longer bookable courses.

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding is great for you and your baby and most mums would like to breastfeed. Good support can really improve your chances of reaching your feeding goals and we are here to help you for as long as you need it.

CFF (Centre for Fun and Families)

CFF (Centre for Fun and Families) have been empowering Leicester families through their groupwork programmes since 1990.

30 years ago, some people had a thought that parents could find solutions. Instead of being taught to deal with child behaviours that made them feel like failures, CFF created a method for parents to meet in a group and to use the strengths of each other. The results were, and continue to be, truly amazing. The help given to families helps them look into the future and continue finding the fun in their family.

Leicester Mammas

Leicester Mammas have been supporting mothers in Leicester feeding their babies for over ten years.

Mammas are volunteers. We are happy to offer our time to help new mums who are learning what it’s like being responsible for a tiny baby! We come from many backgrounds, cultures, faiths and nationalities.  We speak over 20 languages between us. Whatever your questions or challenges, whatever your personal circumstances, Mammas will always do our very best to offer the help, encouragement, and information you need to nurture your baby as you hope to.
